Too much forethought

The last paragraph:
When programming with AI, each move is bigger than a step. You lift off the ground. It requires more forethought, but, because you make more progress with each move, it feels like flying.
I agree but that forethought becomes the only thing we do, is becoming a burnout point.
What do you think about this, really curious. I think its the resistance to change is causing me to think this way. But yes the change is real.
